BUICK Achievers Scholarship
Applicants must:

- Be high school seniors or graduates or be current undergraduate students
- Plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited four-year college or university based in the U.S. or Puerto Rico for the entire 2015–16 academic year (excluding proprietary and online schools)
- Plan to major in a specified course of study that focuses on Engineering/Technology or select Design and Business-related programs of study.
- Be interested in pursuing a career in the automotive or related industries
- Be U.S. citizens and have permanent residence in the United States or Puerto Rico

Michigan Education Association (MEA) Scholarship
Eligibility Criteria:
- Dependent of MEA member in good standing or MEA-Retired member.
- Graduate of a Michigan public high school or private high school that has an MEA bargaining unit.
- Will attend or is currently an undergraduate student of a Michigan public community/junior college, four-year degree-granting institution, or vocational training institution that grants a degree, certification or license. Those attending the following private institutions ONLY are also eligible: Baker College-Flint/Owosso; University of Detroit–Mercy; Davenport University-Eastern Region Campus; Adrian College; Finlandia University; Albion College; and Kendall College of Art and Design of Ferris State University. (The aforementioned private institutions are existing local MEA affiliates.)
- Note: Children of MEA officers, fund trustees, and MEA staff are not eligible.
(A child of an MEA, MESSA or MEA-FS staff person is eligible if the other parent is an MEA member.) - The scholarship will not be awarded for the purpose of working on a post-baccalaureate degree.
Society of Women Engineers Scholarship
The Detroit Section of the Society of Women Engineers annually recognizes high school females who have shown exemplary abilities in areas such as leadership, academics and community activities.

- Females in their senior year at a Michigan high school.
- Accepted into a university or college for the fall term following graduation.
- Pursuing an engineering degree program that is ABET-accredited.

The Sterling Heights Community Foundation
The Sterling Heights Community Foundation and its associates are offering a record number of scholarships this spring totaling $31,500 for college bound high school seniors and current college students living in Sterling Heights and Macomb County.

Davidson Fellows
To be eligible for consideration as a Davidson Fellow, applicants must:

- Be 18 or younger as of Oct. 1, 2015.
- Be a U.S. citizen residing in the United States, or a Permanent Resident of the United States residing in the United States, or be stationed overseas due to active U. S. military duty.
- There is no minimum age for eligibility.
- The Davidson Institute is looking for students whose projects are at, or close to, the college graduate level with a depth of knowledge in their particular area of study. This scholarship is not geared toward students at the novice level. See specific Category Requirements below.
